How to Create an Email Autoresponder in cPanel Print

You can set up an automatic email reply when you’re away:

  1. Log in to your cPanel account.

  2. Go to the Email section and click Autoresponders.

  3. Click Add Autoresponder.

  4. Fill in the details:

    • Interval: Hours between responses to the same sender

    • Email: Your email address (e.g., support@example.com)

    • Domain: Choose the correct domain if you have multiple

    • From: Name for the auto-response

    • Subject: Email subject (e.g., “I am on vacation”)

    • Body: The message to send automatically

  5. Set the start and stop time for the autoresponder.

  6. Click Create.

To Remove an Autoresponder:

  1. Go to Autoresponders under Email.

  2. Find your autoresponder under Current Autoresponders.

  3. Click Delete and confirm with Delete Autoresponder.

Your autoresponder will now send automated replies to incoming emails.
