You can set up an automatic email reply when you’re away:

Log in to your cPanel account.

Go to the Email section and click Autoresponders.

Click Add Autoresponder.

Fill in the details:

Interval: Hours between responses to the same sender

Email: Your email address (e.g., support@example.com)

Domain: Choose the correct domain if you have multiple

From: Name for the auto-response

Subject: Email subject (e.g., “I am on vacation”)

Body: The message to send automatically

Set the start and stop time for the autoresponder.

Click Create.
To Remove an Autoresponder:

Go to Autoresponders under Email.

Find your autoresponder under Current Autoresponders.

Click Delete and confirm with Delete Autoresponder.
Your autoresponder will now send automated replies to incoming emails.
