Creating a full backup of your cPanel account is one of the smartest ways to protect your website. A full backup includes everything: your website files, databases, email accounts, configurations, and settings. This makes it useful when migrating to a new hosting provider, restoring your entire site, or keeping a secure offline copy of your data.
Follow the steps below to generate and download your full cPanel backup:

Log in to your cPanel account.

In the Files section, click on Backup.
This page allows you to create new backups or download existing ones. -
Under the Full Backup section, click on Download a Full Website Backup.
This option generates a complete snapshot of your entire hosting account. -
From the backup destination drop-down menu, choose Home.
Enter your email address in the notification field so cPanel can alert you once the backup process is completed.
After the backup is fully generated, you will receive a notification email. You can then download the file by going to Backup > Download a Full Account Backup. The file will be available in your home directory for you to save on your computer or upload to remote storage.
